Lyon

Lyon is a refined dining and meeting chair defined by the continuous arch of its slender metal frame. The rear legs rise and flow around the upholstered back, creating a soft, graphic line that gives the chair its distinctive character.

Available with or without armrests, Lyon is lightweight, stackable and suited to dining, hospitality, workplace and meeting environments. The combination of upholstery and Johanson’s extensive colour range allows for subtle tonal finishes or more expressive contrasting combinations.

Armless four-leg chair with upholstered seat and back.

Lyon WA 08-46

The armchair version extends the curved metal frame around the sitter to form integrated armrests.

Lyon WA 08-46: W 55 × D 56 × H 81 cm; seat height 46 cm; seat W 45 × D 37 cm; weight 6.1 kg.

Both versions are stackable. The technical sheet indicates stacking up to 7 chairs freestanding or up to 10 using the stacking trolley.

FSC-certified timber seat structure with polyether foam padding and a finished or lacquered metal frame.

Metal colours and finishes

Steel frames and metal details are available in 410 finishes as standard: 197 solid RAL colours with a gloss finish, 197 Structure RAL colours with a matte, lightly textured finish, 15 pearl RAL finishes and chrome.

Accessories

Available options include a connector, stacking trolley and felt gliders. Stacking protection is fitted as standard.

Fire classification

Lyon meets Möbelfakta fire requirements. Polyether foam is tested to CAL TB 117 and standard upholstery fabrics meet EN 1021-1 and EN 1021-2. Additional classifications, including BS 5856 Crib 5, are available on request
